About the Role
Own the core trading experience across Spot, Margin, and Perpetual/Futures products. Uncover user needs through research, behavioral data, and trader conversations; refine the end-to-end trading journey; write rigorous PRDs; collaborate with engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance; and drive projects from requirements through launch and post-launch review.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent hands-on experience in quant or trading roles
- Understanding of margin, leverage, order types, market microstructure, risk management, and P&L mechanics
- Ability to reason through mark price, funding rate, and liquidation price formulas
- Strong quantitative foundation in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong technical intuition and comfort discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write precise, technically sound PRDs
- High agency, fast learning ability, and execution velocity in ambiguous environments
- Genuine passion for crypto and trading, including active use of trading products
- Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with China-based R&D stakeholders
- Nice to have: derivatives experience, risk parameter design, Python, SQL, or work in crypto, trading, or fintech
Responsibilities
- Uncover trading-experience needs through user research, behavioral data, community feedback, and conversations with active traders
- Benchmark crypto and traditional finance products to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness
- Own and refine the end-to-end trading journey across pre-trade, trade, and post-trade stages
- Write rigorous PRDs and lead alignment across engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance teams
- Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements definition through launch validation and post-launch review
- Apply quantitative thinking to trading mechanics including margin, leverage, funding rates, and liquidation
