About the Role
You will own the automation roadmap for compute production operations, including fleet health, repair, hardware qualification, on-call, maintenance, and asset management. You will sequence systems rollouts, embed with production and facility operators, define operational success metrics, prioritize work for Decision Engineers, and prototype working software with AI tools.
Requirements
- Experience shipping technical products for operations or infrastructure users
- Experience owning products measured by operational metrics
- Experience setting a product roadmap, metrics, and cadence
- Experience prototyping with AI tools
- Experience working with production engineers and SREs
- Experience prioritizing work for engineers
- Product and design experience for operational workflows
Responsibilities
- Own the automation roadmap for compute production operations
- Prioritize fleet health, repair, hardware qualification, on-call, maintenance, and asset-management systems
- Sequence maintenance, asset-register, and inventory-system rollouts
- Embed with production engineers and facility operators
- Define workflow success metrics and operational dashboards
- Prioritize work for Decision Engineers
- Prototype and deliver working software using AI tools
