About the Role
You will own the product surface for operational automation and work with Customer Success, Onboarding Operations, Anti-Financial Crime, and other operational teams to reduce manual work, increase quality, and reduce risk. You will deeply understand the processes and systems behind each automation opportunity and redesign them with a technology partner rather than simply automate existing steps. You will decide case by case what should be automated and what needs human judgement to stay ethical and compliant. You will build strong relationships with operational leaders so their teams trust and adopt what you ship. You will also bring product thinking to automating build processes and pipelines, winning buy-in from engineering and operational teams for change.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally including work for internal operational or engineering users
- Comfort operating at the intersection of product and compliance
- Ability to quantify impact, risk, and confidence to prioritise work
- Experience building solutions and buying solutions, with the ability to weigh one against the other
- Experience sourcing or managing third-party vendors
- Clear stakeholder communication, turning technical or compliance decisions into engineering-ready guidance
- Experience working with engineering teams in an agile, continuous-delivery rhythm
- Demonstrable experience with AI tools for building products and engineering tooling, and with running AI embedded in production systems
