About the Role
You will define and deliver the data products that make onchain finance usable for institutions. You will own roadmaps across APIs, data streams, datashares, and dashboards; translate complex customer requirements into scoped product specs; work hands-on with data pipelines and schemas (writing SQL, reviewing data models, and QA-ing outputs); design intuitive experiences for dense datasets; run customer discovery and feedback sessions; partner with GTM for enterprise positioning; and drive delivery across distributed engineering teams while making judgment calls about data modeling, API design, and enterprise integration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience or 2+ years of engineering experience on data-intensive products
- Strong SQL fluency and ability to write and review complex queries
- Working knowledge of API architecture and data delivery patterns including REST streaming webhooks and datashares
- Familiarity with finance and/or crypto and institutional client needs
- Product taste and experience building data-dense user interfaces
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Nice to have: experience at a data infrastructure fintech or blockchain company
- Nice to have: familiarity with blockchain data concepts such as UTXO vs account models on-chain labeling transaction tracing and token standards
- Nice to have: experience supporting enterprise sales cycles including RFPs and customer calls
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and execution for core data product surfaces: APIs, data streams, datashares, and enterprise dashboards
- Translate complex, data-dense customer requirements into clear, scoped product specifications
- Work hands-on with data pipelines and schemas, writing SQL, reviewing data models, and QA-ing outputs
- Design intuitive product experiences for inherently complex datasets
- Lead customer discovery and feedback sessions to identify gaps and prioritize features
- Partner with go-to-market teams to create product narratives and positioning for enterprise deals
- Drive delivery across a distributed engineering team, managing dependencies and tradeoffs
