About the Role

You will partner with engineers and customers to build and ship enterprise AI agents. You will assess customer requirements, present agent demonstrations, resolve technical business-process challenges, improve virtual agents, advise customers on technical strategy, and scope new product features.

Requirements

• Have 3–5+ years of experience developing highly technical products
• Have product management or similar product-development experience at or above Senior Product Manager level
• Craft and tailor messages for potential customers, including executives
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrate professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Hold a technical or related degree or equivalent professional experience

• Build and ship enterprise AI agents with engineers and customers
• Discover and assess customer requirements
• Prepare and present agent demonstrations
• Resolve technical business-process challenges with customer technical counterparts
• Develop and improve virtual agents for customer needs and business processes
• Advise customers on strategic technical approaches
• Scope and implement product features with engineering and product development teams
