You will propose new products and features, prepare product requirement documents, and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines. You will own the full product lifecycle, collaborate with operations, marketing, and business development, research trends, and use product-performance data to refine strategy and direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of crypto/DeFi experience
- Experience leading a team of product and UX designers
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to balance quality with execution speed and long-term with short-term goals
- Strong communication and articulation skills
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
