About the Role
You will own and scale Go backend services for the dashboard and SDK. You will build APIs, data models, authorization, billing, usage-metering, and real-time log and metric services; optimize performance; integrate with frontend and infrastructure systems; and make architecture decisions for observability, testing, and security.
Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years shipping production backend services with deep Go expertise
- Design REST/RPC APIs, contracts, and versioning
- Use PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, migrations, and large-scale data
- Understand authentication, authorization, server-side performance, WebSockets, and SSE
- Use TypeScript and understand Next.js
- Understand frontend data-fetching patterns
- Work in person from Prague
- Explain technical tradeoffs to customers
Responsibilities
- Own Go services for dashboard and SDK APIs, data models, and frontend contracts
- Design authorization, billing, and usage-metering surfaces
- Build WebSocket and SSE backends for sandbox logs and metrics
- Optimize data access, query design, caching, and server-side performance
- Partner with dashboard engineers to deliver features end to end
- Integrate product services with Core and Platform systems
- Make architectural decisions for observability, testing, and security
