About the Role

Design end-to-end user experiences for PayPay Bank consumer and corporate apps, web services, and mini-apps. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to develop features, create UX flows and interfaces, conduct research, analyze data, propose improvements, and maintain the design system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for mobile applications and mobile web
  • Practical UX/UI design proficiency with Figma and Adobe tools
  • Experience releasing products, measuring effectiveness through analytics, and iterating improvements
  • Business-level Japanese conversation skills

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end UX and UI for PayPay Bank consumer and corporate apps, web services, and mini-apps
  • Create design concepts using user personas and customer journey maps
  • Produce UX flows and UI designs based on established concepts
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using surveys and interviews
  • Analyze data and propose product improvements
  • Manage and maintain the design system
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior product designers to develop new features and improve existing ones
  • Facilitate design workshops
