About the Role
You will lead design efforts and create product experiences from scratch. You will refine and optimize existing products using user behavior and feedback, talk directly to users, analyze feedback, and generate ideas for new features. You will produce detailed specifications in Figma, Notion, and Framer, work with product, engineering, and growth teams to implement designs, measure their impact, and iterate based on results. This role can be full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Extensive product design experience
- Strong design portfolio
- High standard for visual design, interaction design, and graphics
- Comfortable working quickly in Figma without sacrificing quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Fast learner and strong work ethic
- Located in New York City or willing to relocate
