About the Role

The Product Designer will shape functional, accessible, visually polished product experiences aligned with customer and business needs. The role spans multiple product areas and involves product thinking, research, prototyping, and communicating design decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of verifiable experience shipping designs used by real people
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and end-to-end thinking
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building or managing a productionized design system is a nice-to-have
• Hands-on AI experience for improving design workflows is a nice-to-have
• Motion design or interaction experience is a nice-to-have

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive experiences that elevate customer experience and product quality
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine problems and opportunity spaces
• Generate insights through customer conversations and analytical tools
• Contribute to, elevate, and maintain the design system
• Drive projects from concept through shipped prototypes across multiple product areas
• Use the product extensively to identify improvement opportunities
• Present and communicate design decisions with clear rationale
