You will play a key role in shaping product experiences that are functional, accessible, visually polished, and aligned with business and customer needs. You'll combine strong visual design capability with sharp product thinking, solving complex product problems through intuitive and elegant design solutions. You'll operate across multiple product areas, often adopting a PM mindset to drive projects from initial concept to shipped prototypes.
Requirements
- 5+ years verifiable shipping experience designing delightful products used by real people
- Exceptional craft skills, evidenced by a strong portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that showcases end-to-end thinking
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced self-led environment
- Building or managing a productionized design system (nice to have)
- Hands-on experience using AI to level-up design workflow (nice to have)
- Motion design or interaction experience (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive experiences that elevate the CX and overall product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine open ended problem and opportunity spaces
- Generate insights either by talking to customers or leveraging analytical tools to form probable hypotheses
- Proactively contribute to, elevate and maintain the design system
- Operate across multiple product areas, often adopting a PM mindset to drive projects from initial concept to shipped prototypes
- Extensively dogfood the product to identify opportunities for improvement
- Present and communicate design decisions with clear rationale
