About the Role
You will own the product’s interaction model, visual language, and production design system. You will design major product surfaces, evolve the visual direction, collaborate on product problems, and contribute frontend polish through pull requests.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional shipped visual work
- Experience building a design system adopted in a production product
- Deep interaction design expertise
- Comfort using AI coding tools to implement frontend polish
- 4+ years shipping web products
- Experience as a designer at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards, workflow tools, or configurable behavior
- Figma mastery
- Experience with modern prototyping tools
Responsibilities
- Own the design system, including its architecture, components, and motion
- Design interactions for major product surfaces through shipped UI
- Establish and evolve the product’s visual direction
- Contribute frontend polish through pull requests
- Solve product problems with the lead designer and product manager
