Baton Corporation is seeking a Product Designer to design consumer-focused web and mobile products, collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct user research, and create polished interfaces for Web3 and DeFi products.
Requirements
- Experience working on a leading consumer product.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful designs and user-friendly interfaces.
- Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, ProtoPie, or similar tools.
- Experience balancing functionality with exceptional visual appeal.
- User-centered approach and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate complex DeFi concepts into intuitive, visually compelling designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and execute solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Define and maintain the design system.
- Stay current with consumer and Web3 design trends and best practices.
