About the Role
You'll join a growing Business Intelligence team where you'll support product development for a reporting suite that includes dashboards and data extracts. You'll collaborate closely with the BI product team, driving documentation, training, research, and analysis to help the team execute against its roadmap. You'll need strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently on clearly defined tasks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years professional experience, preferably within or adjacent to product management
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrated ability to work well within a team
- Analytically rigorous and inquisitive
- Both detail and results oriented
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company
- Knowledge/experience of the US healthcare industry and data
- Experience as a Product owner or business analyst
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Jira
- Global work experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product analyst within the growing Business Intelligence area focusing on reporting and dashboarding capabilities, underlying data assets, user needs, and compliance awareness
- Support backlog, roadmap, and product development operations in partnership with the broader product development team
- Assist with or drive internal user research, data analysis, pilots and experimentation, and requirements gathering
- Manage bug intake, validation/reproduction and triage to ensure timely resolution of reported issues
- Draft and update product documentation, user training materials, and other product communications
- Perform data analysis to support bug triage and product requirements
