About the Role

You will formulate the company's long-term and short-term procurement strategies, procurement plans, and cost control goals based on business needs, budget plans, and market trends. You'll analyze procurement needs across departments, optimize procurement structure, and track market trends to improve cost-effectiveness. You will develop and maintain a strong supplier database, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, and resolve supplier disputes. You'll oversee the entire procurement process from application review to payment settlement, control procurement quality, and manage procurement documentation. You will build procurement budgets, apply cost-saving measures, and conduct cost analysis. You'll ensure compliance with global regulations such as FATF and MiCA, manage procurement risks, and collaborate with compliance teams on audits. You will also work closely with technical, operations, administrative, finance, and compliance departments to align procurement work with business needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of procurement management work experience, preferred experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control in related industries
  • Proficient in the entire procurement process including supplier development, negotiation, contract management, order execution
  • Strong cost control awareness and capabilities, familiar with cost analysis methods and procurement cost-saving strategies
  • Familiar with procurement compliance requirements and risk management methods
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement management systems
  • Understanding of the digital currency exchange industry is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • Relevant professional certifications (such as CPSM, CPM) are preferred

  • Control procurement quality and conduct inspection and acceptance
  • Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycles
  • Manage and file procurement documents for traceability
  • Formulate procurement budget plans and track budget execution
  • Adopt cost-saving measures such as centralized and bulk procurement
  • Conduct cost analysis and propose cost optimization suggestions
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with global regulatory requirements
  • Establish procurement risk management mechanisms
  • Cooperate with compliance team on audits and regulatory reporting
  • Prevent irregular procurement behaviors and ensure fairness
  • Communicate with technical, operations, administrative, finance, and compliance departments
  • Coordinate with finance department on payment settlement and reconciliation
