About the Role
You will own the VIP product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition for high-net-worth clients. You will develop offerings and loyalty benefits, improve client lifecycle journeys and CRM capabilities, coordinate delivery across functions, and measure adoption, trading activity, and assets under management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10 or more years of product management or product strategy experience
- Understanding of crypto, Web3, exchange trading, Earn products, and loyalty programs
- Commercial judgment and customer insight
- Cross-functional product delivery experience
- Data-driven prioritization and outcome evaluation
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Define the VIP product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition
- Develop VIP offerings and benefit programs
- Partner with relationship managers to improve client tools and experiences
- Design customer lifecycle journeys, campaigns, and CRM capabilities
- Deliver solutions with design, engineering, operations, and risk partners
- Use feedback, research, and data to prioritize improvements and measure results
- Track competitors and regional market developments
