About the Role
You will design and scale advanced crypto trading products across spot, margin, futures, perpetuals, and options. You will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, launches, trading experience, liquidity and execution quality, and risk controls while working with internal and institutional stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- Experience with crypto trading platforms, derivatives, blockchain, digital assets, or financial infrastructure
- Knowledge of perpetuals, futures, options, margining, order workflows, and market microstructure
- Experience leading trading platform transformations across web and app
- Knowledge of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks
- Experience with funding rates, index and mark price methodology, price limits, tick sizes, leverage tiers, and fee strategy
- Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches
- Experience working with institutional clients, market makers, and vendors
- Technical knowledge of exchange systems and blockchain technology
Responsibilities
- Design and scale spot, margin, futures, perpetuals, and options trading products
- Own account models, order lifecycle, margin checks, position management, market data, and exchange interfaces
- Conduct customer and competitor research
- Drive trading user experience across web and app
- Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products
- Improve spreads, depth, slippage, and fill rates with market makers and institutional partners
- Define risk controls for prices, funding, leverage, positions, and monitoring
- Own product strategy and roadmap from ideation through launch and optimization
- Create PRDs, user stories, success metrics, and improvement loops
- Translate stakeholder and client needs into delivery requirements
- Support cross-border distribution and new product lines
