About the Role
You will own customer onboarding experiences, improve conversion, simplify payroll and expansion onboarding, develop AI-powered customer experiences, identify small business pain points, craft customer messaging, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and product teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven track record of shipping successful products
- Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered customer experiences
- Vision for AI-driven digital experience design and user interaction
- Deep understanding of small business challenges
- Ability to articulate small business pain points
- Experience crafting action-oriented messaging
- Experience working across engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Strong design partnership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Data-informed decision-making
