About the Role

You will define, implement, and operate large-scale RoCEv2 networks for AI and ML clusters. You will set architecture and congestion-management standards, automate validation and observability, work with high-speed network hardware, and resolve complex production failures and scaling constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience designing and operating large-scale RDMA and RoCEv2 networks for AI or HPC workloads
• Expert knowledge of Arista, Juniper, SONiC, and high-speed Ethernet fabrics
• Hands-on congestion management and performance tuning experience with PFC, ECN, and DCQCN
• Experience with 400G and 800G optics, AEC, AOC, DAC, and structured cabling
• Experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and production observability tooling

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network architecture and set technical direction
• Define and standardize large-scale RoCEv2 data center networks
• Set and validate RDMA congestion-management strategies using PFC, ECN, and DCQCN
• Establish automation, validation, and observability patterns
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex failures and architectural tradeoffs
