About the Role

You will lead the architecture, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of large-scale conversational chatbot products for enterprise and consumer use cases. You will improve chatbot performance through experimentation, simulations, continuous-learning pipelines, intent routing, classifier training, dialogue evaluation, bad-case discovery, A/B testing, and iteration. You will ensure that AI-powered solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with applicable regulations in the crypto exchange domain.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Deep understanding of industrial dialogue systems, including orchestration layers, intent classification, policy control, and fallback strategies.
• Experience deploying large-scale conversational products for business or consumer use cases in production environments.
• Experience designing multi-tier intent routing and training classifiers for high-accuracy task allocation.
• Experience building structured dialogue evaluation frameworks, including automatic metrics, LLM-as-judge, and human review systems.
• Experience with automated bad-case discovery, logging systems, experiment design, and A/B testing frameworks.
