About the Role
You will train and evaluate machine-learning models for genomics and analyze model applications. You will maintain records and documentation, analyze results with the Principal Investigator, collaborate on model development and data analysis, mentor trainees when needed, and publish and present research.
Requirements
- Doctorate in computer science, machine learning, computational biology, bioinformatics, or genetics/genomics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

- Design, perform, and analyze experiments for model applications
