About the Role
You will design and implement scalable, secure solutions on a Kubernetes-based platform for enterprise workloads. You will improve reliability, observability, deployments, environments, and developer tooling. You will identify architectural risks, define SLOs and capacity plans, and build self-service guardrails that support growth.
Requirements
- Production-grade Kubernetes scaling experience
- Deep understanding of distributed systems tradeoffs
- Experience scaling infrastructure at a startup or after working in big tech

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions on a Kubernetes-based platform for secure enterprise workloads
- Define SLOs, capacity plans, and resilience improvements
- Identify and resolve system misconfigurations and architectural risks
- Build systems that support customer growth with clear failure modes and mitigation strategies
- Improve deployments, environments, developer tooling, observability, and operational workflows
- Build self-service tooling and guardrails for product engineers
- Contribute to engineering standards and design principles
- Work with engineering, product, and leadership to unblock delivery
