About the Role
You will own the end-to-end technical implementation and operational integrity of card programs. You will configure programs across networks, BIN structures, and processors; manage card production, personalization, and fulfillment; lead account range processing and numeric range validation; prepare programs for new jurisdictions; coordinate scheme certifications and network readiness; manage relationships with Visa, Mastercard, processors and partners; and translate implementation requirements into clear workstreams and timelines while supporting digital wallet tokenization and provisioning efforts.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in card program management, payment operations, or a related role within fintech, a card network, or a processor
- Direct experience working with Visa and Mastercard including network rules, scheme certifications, and operational escalation processes
- Hands-on experience with Account Range Processing, BIN management, numeric range configuration, and processor-level technical setup
- Strong understanding of card production, program configurations, and processor and strategic partner relationships
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional execution across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with digital wallet integrations and tokenization frameworks is a strong plus
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional card program requirements across Latin America, the Caribbean, or other emerging markets is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementation of card programs
- Ensure program configuration across network providers, BIN structures, and processor connections
- Manage card production technical execution including personalization and fulfillment coordination
- Lead Account Range Processing implementation and numeric range validation
- Identify and resolve implementation gaps before they become operational or compliance issues
- Lead operational and technical groundwork to launch and scale card programs in new jurisdictions
- Translate regulatory and network requirements into executable implementation plans
- Maintain awareness of network rules, scheme requirements, and certification timelines across Visa and Mastercard
- Manage operational relationships with Visa and Mastercard including certifications and escalations
- Drive execution with processors and strategic partners and enforce technical standards and timelines
- Coordinate account range setup and technical range validation with processors
- Monitor partner delivery against contractual and technical commitments and maintain program documentation
- Collaborate with Platform, Product, and Compliance teams to integrate programs
- Lead or support digital wallet integration, tokenization setup, and provisioning flows
- Translate implementation requirements into clear workstreams and timelines between technical and business teams
