About the Role

You will join the Prague office as a law student from the third year onwards, working closely with experienced colleagues on a variety of projects. You will get the chance to be part of a transaction from start to finish and to use your foreign language skills. Your daily work will involve legal research, translations, liaising with authorities, courts and clients, drafting simpler filings and contracts, and providing administrative and organizational support to the team, along with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Excellent knowledge of Czech and English
• Proficiency with PC work, especially MS Office
• Willingness to keep learning and developing
• Reliability, diligence and helpfulness

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and translations
• Communicate with authorities, courts and clients
• Prepare simpler filings and draft contracts
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the team
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
