About the Role
You'll take on OTC trade quoting and build direct relationships with clients, liquidity providers, and banks. You'll shape pricing and control market exposure while managing liquidity and treasury. You'll handle crypto and fiat settlements and oversee fund movements for operational payments. You'll keep detailed book keeping records of every operation closed with clients and with liquidity providers, and you'll control and approve settlements while monitoring FIAT and Crypto inflows. You'll prepare research and alerts, collaborate on building trading strategies around exposure, desk positioning, and proprietary trading, and take ownership of the daily close of PNL and balances.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in crypto, fintech, or capital markets
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
- AI First mindset and experience using artificial intelligence tools for process automation and optimization
- Master's, postgraduate degree, or specialization in capital markets or finance is valued
- Solid knowledge of financial markets; knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and lending solutions is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced English and/or Portuguese is a plus

- Quote OTC trades
- Maintain direct relationships with clients, liquidity providers, and banks
