About the Role

You will implement and support backend infrastructure for controls and industrial software platforms. You will design, deploy, maintain, monitor, and secure OT environments; support critical operations; automate infrastructure; document architectures and procedures; and collaborate on reliable industrial control systems across sites.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in OT systems engineering or industrial control systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with multiple industry-standard controls software platforms and tools
  • Experience designing, deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting OT environments in high-reliability settings
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation and work extended hours or weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including flying to other sites worldwide
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Active valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and augment next-generation OT environments supporting plant and launch systems
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support controls software platforms and internally developed HMIs
  • Integrate IT technologies to simplify management, improve security, and create scalable plant environments
  • Deploy and maintain development, test, and staging environments
  • Provide direct support during launch, test, and production campaigns
  • Perform systems and software upgrades and maintenance between critical operations
  • Monitor services and respond to incidents to maintain availability and performance
  • Leverage automation tools and contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps initiatives
  • Collaborate on simulation and emulation environments to improve test coverage and change control
  • Write and maintain standards, architectures, best practices, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and integrators to design OT architectures and resolve issues
  • Ensure OT systems comply with industry and cybersecurity standards
