About the Role
You will oversee warehouse production, shipping and receiving, labor allocation, equipment use, and robot operations. You will supervise and coach warehouse personnel, manage timekeeping and performance reviews, support onboarding, maintain safety and OSHA compliance, and submit end-of-shift reports.
Requirements
- One or more years of warehouse experience; highly automated e-commerce experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse production across operational shifts
- Develop shipping and receiving schedules and assignments
- Directly supervise warehouse personnel
- Supervise inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate equipment maintenance with management
- Determine shift productivity requirements and balance labor
- Draft and submit end-of-shift reports
- Manage warehouse robots and participate in robot recovery operations
- Document robot maintenance issues
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- Train, coach, guide, and evaluate personnel
- Maintain timekeeping records
- Ensure warehouse safety and OSHA compliance
- Report, analyze, and follow up on injuries and accidents
