About the Role
You will own operational data in the ERP and use AI and automation to keep records accurate and reduce manual work. You will maintain precise inventory of high-value hardware, set and audit stock levels, and design organized storage systems. You will run end-to-end global shipping: pick stock, package sensitive electronics, book forwarders, and handle customs documentation and follow-ups. You will coordinate travel bookings and accommodations for team members and ensure logistical details are handled reliably.
Requirements
- Experience with modern ERP systems
- Experience using AI tools or automation to optimize workflows
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Communicative Czech and at least intermediate English (B1/B2)
- Willingness to learn technical vocabulary for handling hardware and electronics
- Knowledge of semiconductors or familiarity with electronic components is helpful
- Familiarity with global hardware shipping logistics and customs procedures
