About the Role
You'll join the Medical Operations team for a 12-week paid casual engagement, working a minimum of four days per week with an immediate start. This is a hands-on role where you'll own processes end-to-end, support practitioner and patient workflows, and collaborate with the Patient Operations team on projects that improve patient experience and strengthen retention. You'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one, expected to think clearly, move quickly, and execute to a high standard across a mix of operational tasks.

Responsibilities
- Own operational processes end-to-end, keeping them running reliably and improving them over time
- Prepare and coordinate practitioner interviews and related onboarding workflows
- Make outbound calls to patients to support retention and operational initiatives
- Analyse patient and operational data to identify friction points and areas for improvement
- Support the Operations team in testing and rolling out new initiatives to support teams
