About the Role
Manage clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades and positions while working with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and customers to ensure timely settlement, accurate records, controlled risk, and improved operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business, finance, or a related discipline
- Experience with VBA, SQL, or scripting such as Python preferred
- Experience in operations, trade support, consultancy, or related work advantageous

Responsibilities
- Manage the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades and positions
- Work with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and customers
- Ensure timely settlement of trades
- Maintain accurate books and records
- Avoid unanticipated risk to the firm and its customers
- Analyze data
- Work with software engineers to automate and enhance operational workflows
- Participate in the architecture of new systems and controls
