About the Role
You will estimate maintenance work and coordinate schedules with customers. You will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot AGV systems onsite, investigate failures, propose improvements, provide remote and onsite customer support, and create work manuals and runbooks. You may later provide field service for robot systems.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining or providing after-sales service for equipment, such as industrial equipment, automobiles, or aircraft
- Customer negotiation experience or equivalent experience
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Knowledge or practical experience in hardware control, including sensors, vision systems, motors, or PLCs
- Knowledge or practical experience in software and communication protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, APIs, or log analysis
- AGV, AMR, or logistics robotics setup and system integration experience
- Customer negotiation experience with automotive manufacturers
- Automotive mechanic or aircraft mechanic qualification
Responsibilities
- Estimate labor for AGV inspection and maintenance and coordinate schedules with customers
- Inspect, maintain, and verify AGV operations onsite
- Troubleshoot AGV system failures, investigate causes, and propose improvements
- Provide remote and onsite support for customer inquiries
- Create work manuals and runbooks to improve service efficiency
- Provide future field service for robot systems
