About the Role

You will manage proprietary inventory and hedging, monitor P&L and risk limits, and analyze market conditions. You will provide client quotes, execute orders, share market commentary, maintain client coverage, ensure accurate trade booking, prepare reports, and maintain trading tools and pricing models.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Treasury, Global Markets, or FX Trading.
• Crypto exchange, OTC desk, or crypto proprietary-trading-firm experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of digital-asset market structure, stablecoins, and liquidity venues.
• Knowledge of perpetual swaps, futures, options, funding rates, basis trading, margin management, and leverage.
• Ability to interpret derivatives and portfolio-risk parameters.
• Proficiency with crypto exchanges and institutional execution platforms.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Python or SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with TradingView, CoinGecko, Glassnode, or similar crypto-analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage proprietary inventory and positions arising from client flows.
• Execute timely hedging trades to neutralize client-transaction exposure.
• Monitor intraday P&L, inventory, hedges, Value at Risk, and position limits.
• Alert senior treasury personnel to potential breaches and volatile market conditions.
• Analyze macroeconomic news, currency and crypto flows, and technical levels.
• Provide competitive two-way quotes to clients.
• Manage client order flow from inquiry through execution.
• Disseminate market updates, commentary, and trading insights.
• Maintain client coverage during market hours.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade booking and resolve settlement discrepancies.
• Assist with P&L, volume, and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain trading tools, spreadsheets, and pricing models.
