About the Role
You will join a growing advisory team focused on digital assets, working closely with senior bankers and founders to support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates for some of the most innovative companies in the world. You will conduct detailed market and financial analyses, build valuation models and public comparables, prepare client materials, and contribute to strategic recommendations across live transactions and pitches. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and direct involvement in active deal processes, making it ideal if you enjoy connecting dots across finance and technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with deep understanding of corporate finance and transaction execution.
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
- Demonstrated interest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates, including valuation, due diligence, and process coordination.
- Conduct detailed company, market, and token ecosystem research to inform client materials and recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models and public comparables to support transaction analysis.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, investor materials, and internal briefing documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and smooth execution across live projects.
