About the Role
You will design and implement high-performance C/C++ firmware for real-time motor control. You will bring up motor-control boards, debug power stages and sensor feedback, validate systems with lab equipment, and optimize firmware for latency, efficiency, and reliability through lab and field testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of embedded firmware development experience focused on motor-control systems
- Experience with real-time control loops, BLDC/PMSM motors, motor drivers, and power electronics
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32 or TI C2000
- Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers
Responsibilities
- Design and implement C/C++ embedded firmware for real-time motor control
- Develop high-frequency control loops and control algorithms for motor systems
- Bring up motor-control boards with electrical engineers
- Debug power stages, gate drivers, and sensor feedback systems
- Validate performance using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers
- Optimize firmware for latency, efficiency, and reliability
- Conduct lab and field testing of motor performance
Benefits
- ACS Equity Package
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off
