About the Role
You will build services and workflows that move AI models from feature integration through training, evaluation, approval, and production release. You will integrate systems across engineering functions, improve platform reliability and observability, and provide visibility into model candidates, evaluations, approvals, and release status.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience building production services and platforms in Python
- Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, or microservices
- Experience collaborating across organisational boundaries and resolving conflicting priorities
- Experience operating cloud-based services using Kubernetes
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, alerting, and service-health metrics
- Experience using AI coding tools and agents
Responsibilities
- Design and build services and workflows for the end-to-end model-release process
- Integrate the platform with model engineering, MLOps, simulation, measurement, testing, operations, and release-management systems
- Align requirements, interfaces, and shared workflows across teams
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling
- Provide visibility into model candidates, evaluation results, approvals, and release status
- Use AI-assisted development and agentic workflows to automate engineering tasks
