About the Role

You will build and mentor a world-class mobile QA engineering team, ensuring high-impact Android and iOS applications meet the highest quality standards for millions of users worldwide. You'll champion AI-first testing practices, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and generative testing frameworks to automate test creation, optimize test coverage, accelerate bug detection, and elevate product quality. You'll partner with engineering, product, and design teams to define and drive a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for mobile products, lead the evolution of test automation frameworks and infrastructure, and foster a quality-first mindset across the mobile engineering organization. You'll remove blockers, set clear priorities, and enable your team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

• Inspiring leadership with ability to attract and develop top talent
• AI-native mindset with belief in AI as a force multiplier for quality assurance
• Deep technical expertise in mobile QA across Android and/or iOS, including device fragmentation and OS-specific challenges
• Hands-on experience writing test code
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python
• Curiosity and continuous learning in AI tooling for QA and mobile testing innovations
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, design, and DevOps teams
• Strategic quality building experience, establishing quality metrics and driving continuous improvement
