About the Role

You will enhance a rapidly growing iOS app by building and launching new products, improving the core platform, and integrating AI and intelligent agents into the mobile experience. You will help establish scalable engineering processes, tools, and systems; conduct code reviews; set engineering standards; and partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify valuable features, understand customer feedback, and continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development.
• Experience launching at least one mobile app or several features that reached many users.
• Understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch new products for the iOS app.
• Establish engineering processes, tools, and systems that scale the codebase and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to identify key app features.
• Work with Product and cross-functional teams to understand customer feedback and continuously improve the product.
