About the Role
You will lead research projects on generative foundation models for molecular systems. You will design models and algorithms, run large-scale experiments, collaborate with engineers and drug discovery experts, publish research, represent the organization at AI and ML events, and mentor researchers and engineers.
Requirements
- Expertise in deep learning and novel research in generative or predictive modeling
- Strong coding ability and ability to build, debug, and ship models
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn biology and chemistry
Responsibilities
- Lead research projects on generative modeling for molecular systems
- Design and develop models and algorithms using diffusion models, flow matching, reinforcement learning, and large language models
- Execute large-scale experiments to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineers and drug discovery experts to translate research into the drug discovery platform
- Publish research and represent Genesis at AI and ML conferences and workshops
- Mentor and guide researchers and engineers
