About the Role
You will create full-custom physical layouts for analog and mixed-signal IC blocks, from schematics through manufacturable layouts. You will develop floorplans, placement, and routing; optimize parasitics and reliability; close physical verification; and support post-layout extraction and simulation.
Requirements
- Experience with full-custom layout of high-speed analog and mixed-signal blocks
- Proficiency with Synopsys Custom Compiler or Cadence Virtuoso
- Proficiency with Synopsys ICV or Siemens Calibre for physical verification
- Experience with CMOS and FinFET nodes and delivered silicon
- Knowledge of EM/IR, ESD, and latch-up in mixed-signal layouts
- BSEE or equivalent experience
- Approximately 10+ years of analog or mixed-signal layout experience
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Execute full-custom analog and mixed-signal layouts from schematics to manufacturable layouts
- Develop block and top-level floorplans, placement, and routing
- Optimize parasitics, coupling, IR drop, and electromigration
- Close DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM, and Antenna verification
- Support post-layout extraction and simulation
- Contribute layout methodology and automation scripts
