About the Role
You will lead the technical design and delivery of monetization-focused integration solutions. You will build HTML-based integration flows, user interfaces, and supporting tools; improve architecture, performance, testing, and automation; resolve production issues; and guide engineers through complex technical work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong web technology expertise.
- Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration-focused UI work.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Understanding of API-driven workflows and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with templating, bundling, build systems, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with Git workflows and continuous integration practices.
- Experience acting as a Technical Lead or leading engineers through complex systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of HTML-based monetization integration flows and supporting tools.
- Drive modernization, refactoring, and performance improvements across codebases.
- Define, document, and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and platform teams to deliver reliable integrations.
- Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt.
- Build end-to-end UI solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend integration points.
- Own production issues and guide triage, incident resolution, and systemic improvements.
- Maintain code review practices and test coverage for integration-critical components.
- Improve development quality through automation, testing pipelines, and AI-assisted tooling.
- Mentor and guide engineers.
- Access confidential company data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
