About the Role
You will provide telemedicine-based mental health treatment for pregnant and postpartum patients experiencing perinatal mood disorders. You will conduct 1:1 patient encounters, with potential group therapy options in the future, and offer both live and asynchronous patient support. You will use evidence-based techniques proven effective and safe in the perinatal space, apply technology to augment and improve patient education and outcomes, and help build systems and processes that deliver safe, effective care and improve patient engagement. You will be available for phone and video meetings with the Delfina Medical Group team.
Requirements
- Licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Fluency in English; Spanish or other language fluency is a plus
- Licensed to practice in the United States
- 3+ years in active patient care
- Previous work experience in telemedicine
- Available for phone and video meetings
- Bonus: licensed across multiple states or open to pursuing additional licensure
- Bonus: registered in Medicaid system(s) or open to pursuing
- Unrestricted and independent U.S. work authorization
