You will design novel architectures and training frameworks, mentor a research group, validate hypotheses through prototypes, translate breakthroughs into stable capabilities, and publish at leading research venues.
Requirements
- Staff-level or senior ML research experience
- Strong publication record in generative modeling video synthesis multimodal learning or adjacent fields
- Ability to define problems and build minimal systems from first principles
- Experience leading or mentoring a small research group
- Track record of taking projects from open questions to publication or deployment
