About the Role

You will build and operate reusable platform foundations that help teams ship services safely and reliably. You will create infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD workflows, cloud foundations, rollout and rollback patterns, observability standards, SLOs, and security controls. You will partner with research, product, and security stakeholders to remove delivery bottlenecks and lead platform projects through adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or security-focused engineering
• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, secrets management, and CI/CD
• Experience designing secure software delivery lifecycle environments
• Production experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms
• Ability to debug across infrastructure layers
• Technical communication and cross-functional project leadership

Responsibilities

• Build reusable infrastructure-as-code and reliable CI/CD workflows
• Design cloud foundations for compute, networking, identity, secrets, and service delivery
• Develop progressive rollout, health-check, and rollback patterns
• Build self-service platform capabilities, templates, and guardrails
• Partner with research and product teams to remove delivery bottlenecks
• Define observability standards for metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerting
• Define and own platform SLOs, targets, error budgets, and reliability priorities
• Turn security and compliance requirements into reusable platform controls
• Lead platform projects from technical design through operation
