About the Role
As a member of the Custody organization, you will provide an industry-leading secure custodial and technology service enabling intuitive experiences for moving, storing, and interacting with digital assets, smart contracts, and traditional banking rails. You will participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance of Custody systems, writing, reviewing, testing, and documenting code according to high engineering standards. You will dive deep into complex, ambiguous problems and formulate elegant, practical solutions. You will drive work independently, leading or significantly contributing to medium-to-large cross-functional projects end-to-end with little oversight, breaking large projects into smaller tasks and accurately estimating time and scope. You will foster an efficient deterministic testing culture, minimize tech debt, mentor and guide others on the team, and collaborate cross-functionally across Anchorage Digital while communicating outside team boundaries to solve problems.
