You will build and operate agentic workflows for support work. You will debug customer issues, develop tool-using agents and evaluation suites, establish human approval and escalation paths, and turn recurring failures into durable product improvements.

Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows for support functions
- Develop tool-using agents for diagnosis and bounded recovery actions
- Create evaluation suites for correctness, resolution quality, escalation, communication, and task completion
- Build human-in-the-loop systems with approvals, handoffs, and failure states
- Develop observability, memory, and feedback loops
- Own complex customer issues from reproduction through verified resolution
- Turn repeated customer problems into workflows, tools, and product improvements
- Measure customer outcomes, removed support work, and prevented failures
