About the Role
You will research, train, and optimize large language models using supervised and reinforcement learning. You will build data, training, and evaluation pipelines, develop training frameworks, run experiments, integrate models into products, and translate user needs into model improvements.

- Invent model improvements and optimizations
- Turn research ideas into algorithms, run experiments, and launch models
- Own data, training, and evaluation pipelines
- Build LLM post-training frameworks on Megatron and PyTorch
- Implement infrastructure for large-scale model training
- Integrate models into products
- Partner with engineering and product teams on model improvements
