About the Role
You'll work alongside doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to triage, assess, and support patients throughout their treatment journey. You'll provide medical support to patients via email, live chat, and calls, evaluating the severity of side effects and enquiries while escalating where appropriate. You'll respond to patients promptly with accurate medical information and advice, always adhering to safety and quality standards. You'll monitor patient progress through tracker data and reach out proactively to support treatment adherence. You'll also share patient feedback and insights with the clinical services team to help improve the service. This role requires you to work a late mid-shift schedule, either 2 PM - 11 PM or 7 PM - 4 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.
Requirements
- A Registered Pharmacist or Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent writing and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a patient-friendly manner via email, live chat, and calls
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with team members, and adept at handling frequent interruptions and adapting to changes in workload and schedule
- Task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes with precision
- Willing to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM - 11 PM or 7 PM - 4 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off
- Experience triaging in a clinic or emergency setting is a bonus
- Previous work experience in tele-health is a bonus
- Passion for weight loss, skincare, sexual health or fertility is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Provide medical support to patients with a range of conditions via email, live chat, and calls
- Triage, assess, and support patients by evaluating the severity of medical side effects and enquiries
- Provide appropriate assistance and information and escalate where appropriate
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to patients while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Maintain patient safety, especially when addressing medical concerns and side effects
- Monitor patient progress through tracker information and initiate communication as needed to increase treatment adherence
- Share patient feedback and insights with the clinical services team and wider business
