About the Role

You will respond to patient enquiries via tickets in Japanese and English using our patient experience tool, with full training provided. You will offer ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects or symptoms related to their medication, including virtual calls to guide patients through their health journey, explain their medication, dosage schedule, and potential side effects. You will triage medical issues with support from a robust clinical framework and global clinical team, and act as the point of contact for our network of partnered doctors. You will work closely with a team of health coaches, doctors, registered nurses and pharmacists to provide holistic care to patients, and support and train non-clinical patient facing teams.

Requirements

  • Registered in Japan as a Pharmacist
  • 3+ years of clinical experience post-registration as a Pharmacist
  • Native level Japanese language skills and business level English language skills
  • Experience in telehealth or specialized medicine (i.e. obesity management, diabetes, GLP-1) is a bonus
  • Experience triaging in a clinical setting (i.e. intensive care unit, emergency department) is a bonus
  • Good understanding of computers, systems and tools (i.e. Zendesk, LINE, Facebook) is a bonus
