About the Role
You will design and develop mechanical components, linkages, and mechanisms for humanoid robots. You will select materials and manufacturing methods, lead prototyping, integrate components with electrical and software systems, conduct safety assessments and mechanical testing, and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.

Responsibilities
- Develop humanoid robot components using CAD software and GD&T standards
- Design robotic linkages and mechanisms for efficient motion and performance
- Select materials and manufacturing methods for strength, weight, cost, feasibility, and reliability
- Lead prototyping using 3D printing and CNC machining
- Integrate mechanical components with electrical and software systems
- Conduct risk assessments and apply safety features
- Perform mechanical testing for performance and durability
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs
- Collaborate across functions to achieve project goals
