About the Role

You will build a global sourcing program for critical datacenter spare parts. You will qualify and dual-source suppliers, set stocking and reorder strategies, negotiate inventory agreements, and forecast demand with reliability and site operations to keep critical replacement parts available.

Requirements

• Experience building or running a spare-parts or MRO sourcing program for capital equipment
• Experience setting stocking levels for equipment where downtime has significant cost
• Experience qualifying and dual-sourcing suppliers across multiple equipment categories
• Experience negotiating consignment, vendor-managed inventory, or stocking agreements
• Ability to tie inventory decisions to failure data, criticality tiers, and lead times
• Experience forecasting parts demand with reliability and maintenance teams
• Ability to maintain accurate parts, supplier, pricing, and lead-time records
• Knowledge of datacenter or mission-critical facility equipment
• Knowledge of global supplier networks
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical spares for high-availability infrastructure

• Negotiate spares pricing, lead-time commitments, consignment, and vendor-managed inventory terms
• Set spares stocking strategies across sites and regional depots

• Maintain accurate records of parts, suppliers, pricing, and lead times
