About the Role
You will coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for events, trade shows, conferences, and demonstrations. You will manage promotional inventory, collateral production, marketing assets, onboarding kits, and office marketing needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, operations, administrative support, or a related field
- Organization and attention to detail
- Customer-facing interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace
- Ability to lift and transport event materials
- Ability to travel domestically and work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and staff company events, trade shows, conferences, and range demonstrations
- Prepare, ship, organize, and reorder marketing materials, promotional items, and print collateral
- Coordinate vendors and print partners to produce brand-compliant materials
- Support marketing campaigns, content production, and promotional initiatives
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and brand-compliant materials
- Assemble new-hire welcome kits with People Operations
- Support office signage, displays, and meeting and demonstration space setup
